Day 1: Chongqing

Transfer via: Flight/train - your arrangement

Upon your arrival at the airport or train station, you will be greeted and transferred to your accommodation. The remainder of the day is at leisure to rest or begin exploring this dynamic city.

Day 2: Chongqing/Wulong

Activities for today: One Tree Observation Deck, Longmenhao Old Street

08:00 - Meet your guide at the hotel. Ascend Nanshan Mountain to the One Tree Observation Deck, Chongqing’s iconic vantage point for panoramic views of the Yuzhong Peninsula cradled by the Yangtze River.

Next, delve into Longmenhao Old Street, a six-tiered architectural marvel clinging to the hillside. Wander its 200+ historic buildings, tracing Chongqing’s urban evolution through time-worn alleys juxtaposed against modern skylines.

In the afternoon, journey 3 hours to Wulong County, checking into your Xiannvshan Town hotel.

*Evening Option: Attend the Impression Wulong spectacle, a Zhang Yimou-directed extravaganza blending Wulong’s natural grandeur with Sichuan-Chongqing folk culture under the stars.

Day 3: Wulong/Chongqing

Activities for today: Three Natural Bridges, Longshuixia Fissure

After breakfast, drive to Wulong Karst National Geological Park. Explore the park's unique karst landscape, including giant dolines, natural bridges, and caves. Visit the Three Natural Bridges Scenic Area and Longshuixia Fissure Scenic Area to witness the natural beauty of the area.

Return to Chongqing after the sightseeing tour.

Day 4: Chongqing/Dazu/Chongqing

Today, you will take a day trip to Dazu District to explore the UNESCO-listed Dazu Rock Carvings. Begin your journey at Baodingshan Cliffside Carvings (Baodingshan Scenic Area), home to some of the most remarkable carvings. Visit Dafowan, Wansui Tower, and Shengshou Temple to appreciate the intricate carvings and stunning views.

Continue to Beishan Cliffside Carvings (Beishan Scenic Area) to explore the earlier and culturally significant rock carvings. Marvel at the historical artifacts and exquisite statues that depict the rich history of China's grottoes.

After the visit, return to your hotel in Chongqing and visit Hongya Cave, a landmark featuring traditional wood houses built against the mountain.

Day 5: Chongqing
